Superb start to a third season of brilliant stand-up comedy shows at Junction Goole. As ever, a top Barnstormers Comedy MC will be on hand to introduce three more great acts from the UK Comedy Circuit and beyond. Tonight, they are: the splendidly unapologetic northern force-of-nature Debra-Jane Appleby, ''She has true funny bones and oozed laughs from her every line and her every look - one to keep a close eye on in our never ending search for comedy stars of tomorrow' - Commissioning Editor, Channel 4; the distinctly hilarious Steve Day, 'Revelatory and very funny' - The Guardian; and superb guitar-and-gag-man Duncan Oakley, 'Oakley is an accomplished guitarist, drummer and harmonica player, but his biggest talent is his relentless bonhomie, making for an engagingly inane performance' - Chortle.

Who is Barnstormers Comedy?

Barnstormers Comedy presents comedy shows in many parts of England. Currently, there are Barnstormers comedy clubs in Sussex, Kent, Bedfordshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, the West Midlands, and Worcestershire.

All of our comedians are regulars on the London comedy circuit and beyond, often appearing at well known venues such as The Comedy Store.

As well as our own events we arrange full comedy nights for theatres, bars, arts centres, festivals and other events and venues. We are also able to provide corporate entertainment. Or we can provide one or two comedians for a special occasion.
